We try, learn, and improve.
Transparency

Resilience and learning
We adapt to challenges and grow with each experience.
﹏ We are people of the sea
At Santomar®, our strength lies in our people: knowledge, dedication, and a passion that connects us to the sea every day.
Behind every totoaba, pacific snapper, and oyster are people who have made the ocean their life: biologists, technicians, sales and marketing teams, and chefs united by the same vocation.
﹏Where we operate
Our hatcheries. Where life begins.
They are located in the municipality of La Paz, on the Pacific coast and in the Sea of Cortez.
Our farms. Where the sea guides us.
Each of our farms is part of the same principle: respecting nature and working in harmony with the sea.
